Farrah ‎– Moustache

The great big homecoming!!!

After a whole bunch of great American bands appearing from the mid-’70s up until today, and under the main influence of different kinds of British invasions, here’s a group of British young men successfully overcoming the reverse lesson.

So, maybe a bit confusing but still the correct definition would be that they sound like the best American power-pop under the British influence. The musical width, covered by this genre, makes it possible for their music to flow between classic power-pop numbers full of guitar rifles and heavenly harmonies of the debut single Terry.

Or other songs like Living For The Weekend, Life’s Too Short and the perfectly chosen Rubinoos’ cover I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend, and jangly ’60s tributes like Tired Of Apologising to the post-Beatle style exercises like the Macca-like miniature Only Happy When She’s Sad lasting less than a minute (!?) or the Good Night, God Bless Lennonism.

After all, how in the world could you stay unaffected by the verse that goes: “If you’d be my Lois Lane, I’d be your Superman” ?!?!
